What Is Sildenafil?
Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. It helps men achieve and maintain an erection. Sildenafil is most effective when taken 30-60 minutes before sexual activity, and its effects can last for up to 4-5 hours.
