Zohara is a highly skilled and caring clinician with a specialist interest in women’s health. Specialising in the challenges of perimenopause and menopause, she adopts a holistic, patient-centred approach with careful attention to detail.
With over 7 years of experience as a prescribing pharmacist within the NHS, Zohara has positively impacted hundreds of women through her GP practice. Now, she is eager to extend her expertise to support more women navigating this important phase of life.
Zohara is extensively trained in managing perimenopause and menopause. She has completed specialised training with the British Menopause Society and holds a certification in Menopause Management.
Zohara offers comprehensive consultations for perimenopause and menopause, and, where clinically appropriate, can prescribe suitable HRT medications. Alternatively, if preferred, she can provide a letter of recommendation to your GP.
As a thorough clinician, Zohara will ensure that all potential causes of your symptoms are explored by asking detailed questions. If necessary, she can communicate with your GP to request relevant blood tests or examinations. Additionally, Zohara will discuss key health concerns, including mood, breast health, heart health, and bone health, to provide a well-rounded approach to your care.
