What delivery options do you offer?

We currently offer the following delivery options:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Our standard service. Delivers the next working day in most cases.
  • Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1 pm – Guaranteed next working day delivery by 1 pm.
  • Royal Mail Guaranteed Saturday by 1 pm – For guaranteed Saturday delivery
  • Royal Mail Post Office Collect – Your order will be dropped off at your local post office, and you can collect at a time that’s convenient for you (cold chain items are not available via this service)
  • FREE Local Delivery – Available within the Worcester area. Perfect for urgent or time-sensitive medicines.

 

How quickly will I receive my order?

We will send your order as soon as it is approved by our expert clinical team. Our clinician will call you for a FREE consultation. We aim to do this within 24 hours of you placing your order.

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day (Monday–Friday) if your order is approved before 3 pm. Most patients receive their order the next working day.

Orders approved on Friday before 3 pm with a guaranteed weekend delivery will be delivered on the respective weekend date selected.

Orders approved after the cut-off time, on weekends or bank holidays, will be processed the next working day.

 

Do you deliver cold chain medicines like Mounjaro® and Wegovy®?

Yes, we specialise in delivering cold chain medicines such as Mounjaro® and Wegovy®.

 

How are Mounjaro® and Wegovy® pens stored and shipped?

To maintain the required temperature range of 2–8°C:

  • We store all cold chain medicines in a regulated pharmacy refrigerator.
  • We use specialist thermal packaging with insulated wool liners and temperature-stable ice packs.
  • We pack and ship your medication with independently tested, specially designed packaging, to ensure it remains within range for up to 120 hours throughout transit.
  • We closely monitor packaging standards to ensure your medication arrives safely and securely.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes! All delivery options come with full tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow its journey to your door or to your collection point.

 

What happens if I’m not home to receive my delivery?

Royal Mail may leave a “Sorry we missed you” card with options to rearrange delivery or collect from your local delivery office. For guaranteed or temperature-sensitive deliveries, it’s important that someone is available to receive the parcel to ensure medication integrity.

 

Do I need to be home for same-day Worcester delivery?

Yes, someone must be available to receive the delivery, especially if it contains cold chain items. We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery window within the Worcester area.

 

Do you offer Post Office collections?

Yes, Post Office collection is available for eligible orders via Royal Mail Local Collect.
However, please note: This service is not available for cold chain medicines such as Mounjaro® or Wegovy®, which must be delivered directly to your home to maintain temperature integrity.
