We are fully regulated by the MHRA and continue to adhere to its stringent guidelines, including sourcing all medicines exclusively from MHRA-registered wholesalers. The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) now oversees the regulation and inspection of pharmacies to ensure ongoing compliance with MHRA standards.

Zohara is a highly qualified and experienced prescribing Pharmacist with a broad clinical background across NHS hospital, community, and primary care settings. She obtained her Master of Pharmacy degree from Aston University in 2014, followed by a Clinical Diploma completed in 2016 at Wye Valley NHS Trust in Hereford. During her time at the Trust, she worked closely with senior NHS consultants, under whose guidance she completed her Independent Prescribing qualification in 2018. Since then, Zohara has held a long-standing role at a busy NHS GP practice in Worcester, where she has worked collaboratively with General Practitioners for over seven years. Zohara has also received specialised training from the British Menopause Society and holds a certified qualification in Menopause Management. Drawing on her extensive clinical expertise, Zohara is particularly focused on providing tailored guidance in areas such as weight management and hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
Khan Haider is the Responsible Pharmacist at MedsDoctor. He is an experienced NHS clinical pharmacist in both the community and GP setting. He has a passion for delivering excellent customer service and providing the best advice and care to patients. Khan Haider is also registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
